We believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their own minds and bodies.

Everything we do - from our core traditional yoga classes to dance classes, to embodiment practices, energy work, somatic healing practices, and workshops - is intentionally and carefully crafted to bring you back home to yourself.

We are body positive, free thinking, and inclusive of ALL.

Our practices can be adapted for each individual student, and our professional instructors are trained to make sure your experience is safe and comfortable.

We believe that it’s our job to always point you back toward your own inner light. Your mind, body and spirit are wise… we are always here to point you back to your own wisdom.
